Telehealth partials revenue calculator.
How much revenue is sitting in your abandoned intakes and checkouts? Plug in your numbers and see what an outbound sales program could recover.
Your numbers
Based only on the assumptions you set. Not a forecast or a performance claim. Renewals come on top.
Two numbers decide what your partials are worth.
Subscribers = partials × answer rate × conversion rate. Revenue is subscribers × first-order value, and lifetime value adds every renewal month after that.
The answer rate is technology: signed, branded caller ID, CNAM, spam-label monitoring and smart call timing. The conversion rate is people: trained closers who answer the objection that stopped the patient.
Move either number by a few points and the result changes by hundreds of subscribers a month. That is why ValueLoop is built around both. How it works →
Calculator questions.
How do I calculate what my telehealth partials are worth?
Multiply your monthly partials by your answer rate, then by your conversion rate on answered calls. That gives new subscribers per month. Multiply by your first-order value for first-month revenue, and by your average subscription length for lifetime value.
What answer rate should I assume?
It depends heavily on caller ID reputation and call timing. Unbranded numbers flagged as spam can see very low pickup. Our technology is built to reach our 55%+ answer-rate target; use your own data if you have it.
What conversion rate is realistic?
It depends on price point, traffic source and how far partials got in your funnel. Our target is 12–20% of answered calls. Start conservative and adjust once you have real calls.
Does this include renewals?
No. The calculator shows first-month value only. Every month a subscriber stays adds to it, which is why subscription categories like GLP-1, TRT and HRT carry such high lifetime value.
